REV JOHN PARIS SISCO Dec 3 1987 The Rev. John Paris Sisco, 78, of Meally, died Tuesday in HighlandsRegional Medical Center at Prestonsburg following a long illness. Rev. Sisco was born Oct. 14, 1909, in Johnson County, a son of thelate John and Harriet Hunnicutt Sisco. He was a retired coal miner. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ruby Bowling Sisco, five sons, ChesterSisco of Portsmouth, Ohio, Charles Sisco, Raymond Sisco and JohnnySisco, all of Wabash, Ind., and Donald Sisco of Meally; two daughters,Betty Spencer of Van Lear and Diana Bryant of Teaberry; two brothers, Estill Sisco and Elmon Sisco, both of Meally; 26 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at the Jones-PrestonFuneral Home in Paintsville by Bill Tackett, minister. Burial will be in the family cemetary at East Point. Friends may call at the funeral home."
